How Online Coaching Works
Kingline Online Coaching brings expert guidance, personalized training, and community support — no matter where you are. Whether you want a fully custom program or a flexible online plan, we’ve got options tailored to fit your climbing goals and lifestyle.

We start with a detailed questionnaire to understand your climbing background, goals, schedule, and any injuries. You’ll also have the option to submit videos for movement and technique analysis, helping us create a clear baseline to build from.

We’ll connect via video call for a 30–45 minute session where we discuss your goals, review your intake info, and map out a personalized training plan roadmap to keep you progressing efficiently.

Receive your tailored training program — whether weekly or multi-week — complete with workouts, drills, and clear instructions to follow at your own pace. Plans are delivered digitally via PDF with google sheets for shared tracking.

Stay accountable and on track with bi-weekly video or phone check-ins (15–30 minutes) to discuss your progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your program as needed.

Between check-ins, you’ll have access to ongoing support via email or messaging. Ask questions, get advice, and stay motivated with direct contact from your coach.

Track your workouts and feedback using shared logs or apps. We’ll review your progress and update your plan monthly or quarterly, including video analysis when needed to refine your technique and training focus.
